If breakfast and I had a Facebook relationship, it would say; "it's complicated". I love the energy eating a big breakfast gives me, but I also don't have an appetite at all before nine. Okay, so if there are croissants involved, I can make an exception. But otherwise - I eat breakfast just because I have to.
With that being said, smoothies are a great breakfast for all of us "breakfast haters" out there. And by now you probably know about my love for smoothies. They're easy to chuck down, and if made right, they can also be very filling. This smoothie can be done the night before - making it even easier to drink on-the-go in the morning. The oats, avocado and yoghurt make it filling enough to last you until lunch.
