So, anyway! Across the water, on Hisingen Island, amongst flashy office buildings - you'll still find some old buildings that have been around since the good ol' days, when the area was used as a massive boatyard. One of those old buildings has been turned into a hipster indoors street food market, and it's all kinds of amazing!
When you step into the market you need to buy "food cards", for 60 SEK each. One card will give you one half portion inside any of the food trucks. And one half portion is just that, half a portion, meaning you'll need around two to feel almost satisfied. Because, you can't get too full, can you? - they have dessert trucks too.
The market has both some set food stands, and some new ones every week, the girl at the entrance told us. Meaning, you can visit many times without it feeling repetitive. They're open every Saturday from 12-17 until sometime in June. So, needless to say - I'll definitely stop by again. Soon!
